From Cheese to Tiramisu
Time: 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Cascade Peoples Center
Ever wondered what makes some tiramisu better then others? Want to make a quick and easy desert that will have everyone raving? The secret is making your own mascarpone and while it might seem hard, it is much easier then it sounds.
In this class we will start by making mascarpone and then turn it into the super easy to make and delicious to eat tiramisu. If you have been wanting to learn how to make cheese this is a perfect starter class.
Please register early as we will be cutting off enrollment at 100 people. Seems like a lot but our last cheese class had somewhere around 140 people so please do register early and let us know if your plans change.
